Return Policy

We accept return requests only in the following cases:

1. Damaged Product Received

If you receive a damaged product, please inform us within 24 hours of delivery.

2. Wrong Product Received

If you receive a product different from what you ordered, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

To request a return, customers must share:

• Order Number
• Clear Product Photos
• Unboxing Video
• Reason for Return

The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.

No Return / No Exchange

Returns or exchanges will not be accepted in the following cases:

• Product has been used or worn.
• Product is damaged after delivery.
• Return request is made after 24 hours of delivery.
• Minor colour differences due to lighting or screen settings.
• Change of mind after placing the order.
• Earrings are not returnable for hygiene reasons.

Refund Policy

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method or as store credit, depending on the case.

Shipping Charges

• Shipping charges are non-refundable.
• Return shipping charges may be borne by the customer unless the product received is damaged or incorrect.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch. Once the order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
