Order Processing Time
Once your order is successfully placed and confirmed, AuraShynee usually processes it within 1–3 business days.
Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Shipping Time
After dispatch, delivery usually takes:
- Metro Cities: 3–7 business days
- Other Cities & Towns: 5–10 business days
- Remote Locations: Delivery may take a little longer depending on courier availability.
Delivery time may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, festivals, public holidays, or other situations beyond our control.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before you complete your order.
AuraShynee may also offer free shipping or special shipping offers from time to time.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
Cash on Delivery (COD) may be available on selected orders and selected locations.
AuraShynee reserves the right to confirm COD orders before dispatch through phone, WhatsApp, or email. If we are unable to confirm the order, it may be delayed or cancelled.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, tracking details may be shared with you via email, SMS, WhatsApp, or your account page, depending on the courier service.
You can use the tracking number to check the delivery status of your order.
Delivery Address
Please ensure that your shipping address, phone number, and email address are correct when placing your order.
AuraShynee will not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.
Failed Delivery / Customer Not Available
If the courier partner is unable to deliver your order because the customer is unavailable, refuses delivery, or provides incorrect contact details, the order may be returned to us.
Damaged or Tampered Package
Please inspect the package at the time of delivery. If the package appears damaged, opened, or tampered with, kindly do not accept the delivery.

Currently, AuraShynee primarily ships within India. International shipping may be introduced in the future.
