Order Processing Time
Once your order is successfully placed and confirmed, AuraShynee usually processes it within 1–3 business days.
Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Shipping Time
After dispatch, delivery usually takes:
Metro cities: 3–7 business days
Other cities and towns: 5–10 business days
Remote locations: Delivery may take a little longer depending on courier availability
Delivery time may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, festivals, public holidays, or other situations beyond our control.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be shown at checkout before you complete your order.
We may also offer free shipping or special shipping offers from time to time.
Cash on Delivery
Cash on Delivery may be available on selected orders and selected locations.
AuraShynee reserves the right to confirm COD orders before dispatch through phone, WhatsApp, or email. If we are unable to confirm the order, the order may be delayed or cancelled.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, tracking details may be shared with you through email, SMS, WhatsApp, or your order account page, depending on the courier service.
You can use the tracking number to check the delivery status of your order.
Delivery Address
Please make sure that your shipping address, phone number, and email address are correct at the time of placing the order.
AuraShynee will not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.
Failed Delivery / Customer Not Available
If the courier partner is unable to deliver the order because the customer is unavailable, refuses delivery, or provides incorrect contact details, the order may be returned to us.
Damaged or Tampered Package
Please check the package at the time of delivery. If the package looks damaged, opened, or tampered with, please do not accept the delivery.
You may contact us with photos/videos of the package so we can assist you further.

Currently, AuraShynee mainly ships within India. International shipping may be introduced in the future.
